SIMPLE EGG SALAD

Im really happy found this recipe, since im
really like perfect simple yet delish recipe. i try this recipe for the first time when
I move to my new company.
Before i used to working in the Jakarta central cities who surrounded by
fancy malls, every single time I wanna snacking . I just going down and there is so
many fancy snack that can make me crazy. Hahaha.... (*i love snacking by the way)
But here I working for construction site and its far from
everywhere. So I just decided to make this snack to bring my office. Hehehe…
Only need 10 minutes to prepared all this ingredients.
But make sure you’ve already boiled the egg the night before.
So this is the recipe that I already make for over over
and over.

Ingredients
·
2 slices, bread of your choice. I use bread from
vineth or many times from sari roti
·
1 hard boiled egg, peeled
·
1 tbsp japanese mayonnaise ( I used kewpie,
which is Japanese mayo brand)

Salt
·
Freshly ground black pepper
·
Pinch of sugar (optional)
Instruction
·
In a small bowl, mash the boiled egg with a fork
·
Add 1 tbsp of mayonnaise and mix well. If it’s
not moist you can add tbsp. more.
·
Season with salt and pepper, also sugar.
·
Spread the egg mixture on top of a piece of
bread and put another slice of bread on top
·
Cut off the edges of the bread.
·
Cut the sandwiches depending on the bento box
size
·
Pack the sandwiches in bento box and put some
fruit in the empty space
Ready to serve or bring for picnic day out with friends
and family
